A friend of ours has an interesting pre-training ritual. He spends about 10 minutes watching a slideshow of female fitness models. His logic? The combination of being attracted to and slightly envious of their honed physiques makes him highly....highly motivated!

One of his latest muses, and rightly so, is Kristelle Sammons! The highly....highly motivating 26 year old hails from these here British Isles and holds the title of Natural Physique Association (NPA) 'Trained Figure' British Champion 2008/2009. The Londoner first competed in 2007 heading up North and clinching the Miss Figure award at the NPA Yorkshire Finals.

Having caught the gym bug at the age of 16, Kristelle has not only carved a cracking set of cobbled abs but a career as a fitness competitor, model, personal trainer and sports therapist. Recently she released a 'break from the norm' fitness dvd which shows the dedicated athlete with a quirky sense of humour training, modelling and being interviewed!
