Travis proves that by using a combination of bodyweight exercises, strong man lifts and old school techniques you can become your most leanest and meanest. He employs his winning formula in training and conditioning some of the world’s toughest of humans - the likes of American football players and frontline soldiers benefit from his expert tutoring.

And like all good coaches Travis puts himself through the same rigorous training his clients go through. It’s not enough for him to look the part, he’s got to be the part as well. So you’ll find Mr Stoetzel is no stranger to serious competition. Events like the gladiatorial CrossFit games pepper his resume.

If there is anything more valuable than his simple but effective workouts, his advise on nutrition and his Spartan-like philosophy, it's his unstoppable drive, passion and motivation that completely rubs off on you.
As well as training athletes all over the United States, entering competitions and running a gym, Travis with the assistance of his dog sidekick 'Mr Lean and Mean' put together some seriously badass workout vids at least once a week...Hardcore 100, The Bodyweight Gauntlet and Throwdown Thursday are just some of Travis' creations.

Guaranteed to turn you into a machine these workouts favour bodyweight training but you’ll also find Travis making expert use of sandbags, heavy chains, dumbells/barbells, kettlebells, tyres, gymnastic rings and more.
